Концептуальні засади організації діяльності Державного бюро розслідувань: організаційно-правовий аспект

Abstract

Досліджено проблеми організації функціонування Державного бюро розслідувань (ДБР) як правоохоронного органу та його впровадження в правоохоронну систему держави. Розкрито проблеми законодавчого визначення правоохоронних органів та змісту їхньої діяльності. Визначено пріоритетні заходи організаційно-правового змісту «запуску» ДБР. Запропоновано для розгляду організаційну структуру, зміст та алгоритм організації діяльності цього правоохоронного органу. The problems of organizing the functioning of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) as a law enforcement agency and its implementation into the law enforcement system of the state are investigated. The problems of the legislative definition of law enforcement agencies and the content of their activities are revealed. The priority measures of the organizational and legal content of the “launch” of the SBI are determined. The organizational structure, content and algorithm of organizing the activities of this law enforcement agency are proposed for consideration.
