Адміністративно-правові засоби забезпечення обігу інформації в органах Прокуратури України

Abstract

Основну увагу сконцентровано на поясненні поняття адміністративно-правових засобів, що забезпечують та регулюють обіг інформації в органах Прокуратури України. Визначено найперспективніші методи вдосконалення процесу прийняття управлінських рішень у сфері забезпечення обігу інформації в органах Прокуратури України. The main attention is focused on explaining the concept of administrative and legal means that ensure and regulate the circulation of information in the bodies of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. The most promising methods for improving the process of making administrative decisions in the field of ensuring the circulation of information in the bodies of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine are identified.
