Правова природа інтересів громадян в інформаційній сфері

Abstract

Необхідність глибшого розуміння сутності формування та реалізації інтересів громадян в інформаційній сфері передбачає необхідність спеціального розгляду дослідження сутності права про безпеку та умов його реалізації на сучасному етапі розвитку української державності. Необхідно всебічно дослідити це право, враховуючи зміст, умови реалізації, можливості забезпечення гарантій реалізації, положення в системі основоположних прав і свобод тощо. The need for a deeper insight into the essence of the formation and implementation of citizens' interests in the information sphere implies the need for a special consideration of the study of the essence of the law on security and the conditions for its implementation at the current stage of the development of Ukrainian statehood. It is necessary to comprehensively study this law, taking into account the content, conditions for implementation, possibilities for ensuring guarantees of implementation, provisions in the system of fundamental rights and freedoms, etc.
