Abstract

Круглий стіл присвячений комплексному теоретико-прикладному аналізу трансформацій, що охоплюють правову та соціально-економічну системи України в умовах збройної агресії. Захід обʼєднав представників юридичної спільноти, науковців у сфері управління та економіки, а також практиків державного сектору з метою розробки цілісного підходу до подолання викликів, зумовлених дією правового режиму воєнного стану. Наукова дискусія вийшла за межі суто правознавчого дискурсу, охопивши міждисциплінарні аспекти стійкості держави та бізнесу. The round table is dedicated to a comprehensive theoretical and applied analysis of transformations that encompass the legal and socio-economic systems of Ukraine in the context of armed aggression. The event brought together representatives of the legal community, scholars in the field of management and economics, as well as public sector practitioners to develop a holistic approach to overcoming the challenges posed by the legal regime of martial law. The scientific discussion went beyond the boundaries of a purely legal discourse, covering interdisciplinary aspects of state and business sustainability.
