Abstract

Проблема системи антикризового управління державними інститутами влади належить до групи основних викликів сучасної політології. Системний підхід до аналізу стратегій управління державними інститутами влади дозволяє виділити основні переваги та недоліки існуючих механізмів управління. Особливе значення має критичне ставлення до теорій розподілу владних функцій у державах, що переживають кризові дисфункції. The problem of the system of anti-crisis management of state institutions of power belongs to the group of main challenges of modern political science. A systematic approach to the analysis of strategies for managing state institutions of power makes it possible to highlight the main advantages and disadvantages of existing management mechanisms. Of particular importance is a critical attitude towards theories of the distribution of power functions in states experiencing crisis dysfunctions.
