Abstract

У посібнику, розробленому працівниками Навчально-наукового інституту права ім. Володимира Великого Міжрегіональної академії управління персоналом, систематизовано основні нормативні акти які стосуються діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України, а також висвітлено її діяльність у сфері охорони правопорядку. Матеріали посібника ґрунтуються на нормах Конституції України, Законів України та інших законодавчих та відомчих нормативно-правових актів у сфері діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України. The manual, developed by employees of the Volodymyr the Great Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, systematizes the main regulatory acts relating to the activities of the State Border Service of Ukraine, and also highlights its activities in the field of law enforcement. The materials of the manual are based on the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine and other legislative and departmental regulatory legal acts in the field of activities of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
