Теоретичні основи статистичного забезпечення управління

Abstract

Наведено обґрунтування теоретико-методологічних засад статистичного забезпечення управління недержавним вищим навчальним закладом (НВНЗ), де викладено принципи управління, місію, цілі (стратегічні, фінансові, виробничі, організаційні, соціальні). Висвітлено функції статистичного забезпечення розвитку недержавного вищого навчального закладу з диференціацією на організаційно-методичну, контрольну, аналітичну та функцію планування, визначено завдання статистичного аналізу відповідно до кожної з функцій. Запропоновано етапи статистичного забезпечення управління діяльністю НВНЗ. The theoretical and methodological foundations of statistical support for the management of a non-state higher educational institution (NHEI) are substantiated, which sets out the principles of management, mission, goals (strategic, financial, production, organizational, social). The functions of statistical support for the development of a non-state higher educational institution are highlighted, with differentiation into organizational and methodological, control, analytical and planning functions, the tasks of statistical analysis are determined in accordance with each of the functions. The stages of statistical support for the management of NHEI activities are proposed.
