Abstract

У запропонованій статті виявлено, що останнім часом відзначилось посилення попиту на озброєння та військову техніку (ОВТ). через посилення напруженості у міжнародних відносинах та зосередження значною кількістю держав зусиль на здобуванні значно більшої ролі у світоустрої. Досліджено, що посилення конкуренції на ринку ОВТ, готовність окремих держав до зміцнення військової могутності за будь-яких обставин та неузгодженість систем експортного контролю, які існують у різних державах, призвели до активізації діяльності не доброчесних експортерів озброєння. The proposed article reveals that recently there has been an increase in demand for weapons and military equipment (weapons). due to increasing tensions in international relations and the concentration of a significant number of states on efforts to gain a much greater role in the world order. It is studied that the intensification of competition in the armaments market, the readiness of some countries to strengthen military power under any circumstances and the inconsistency of export control systems that exist in different countries, have led to increased activities of unscrupulous arms exporters.
