Характеристика міжнародно-правових аспектів захисту праці найвразливіших категорій осіб

Abstract

Проаналізовано стан міжнародно-правової системи захисту праці найбільш вразливих категорій осіб. Виділено міжнародно-правові програми, спрямовані на вирішення проблем, пов'язаних з працею найбільш вразливих категорій осіб. Основна увага приділяється питанням участі ООН та МОП у системі міжнародно-правового захисту праці найбільш вразливих категорій осіб. The state of the international legal system of labor protection of the most vulnerable categories of persons is analyzed. International legal programs aimed at solving problems related to the labor of the most vulnerable categories of persons are highlighted. The main attention is paid to the issues of participation of the UN and the ILO in the system of international legal labor protection of the most vulnerable categories of persons.
