Проблема розбудови національного війська у добу революції 1917-1921 років: управлінський аспект

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано управлінський аспект щодо труднощів розбудови української армії у часи Української демократичної революції 1917-1921 роках. Мета роботи – визначити проблеми, які виникали темпорально, з формуванням українського війська та враховувати це у сьогоденні, щоб досвід предків став корисним для сучасників. Методологія. Діапазон наукової проблеми вибраної теми дослідження зумовлює об’єднання методологічних та інтеграційних дисциплінарних підходів з метою її розв’язання. Застосовано порівняльно-історичний, проблемний, аналізу літературних джерел та критичний методи дослідження. Логіка наукової розвідки передбачає встановлення взаємного зв’язку між історією та державним управлінням. The article analyzes the managerial aspect of the difficulties of building the Ukrainian army during the Ukrainian Democratic Revolution of 1917-1921. The purpose of the work is to identify the problems that arose temporally with the formation of the Ukrainian army and take this into account in the present, so that the experience of our ancestors becomes useful for contemporaries. Methodology. The range of the scientific problem of the selected research topic determines the combination of methodological and integrative disciplinary approaches in order to solve it. Comparative-historical, problem-based, analysis of literary sources and critical research methods were applied. The logic of scientific research involves establishing a mutual connection between history and public administration.
