Abstract

У збірнику студентських робіт розглядаються питання вдосконалення системи соціального управління та політичних відносин у сучасному соціумі. Значна увага приділена проблемам розвитку інститутів політичного лідерства в Україні, становленню громадянського суспільства. В контексті сучасних соціальних змін висвітлюються питання щодо гендерної політики та різних аспектів прийняття управлінських рішень. The collection of student works examines the issues of improving the system of social management and political relations in modern society. Considerable attention is paid to the problems of developing political leadership institutions in Ukraine, the formation of civil society. In the context of modern social changes, issues of gender policy and various aspects of managerial decision-making are highlighted.
