Abstract

Місце і роль національної інноваційної політики, управління нею в структурі державного регулювання економікою визначаються специфікою самого інноваційного процесу як об’єкта управління. Інноваційний механізм більшою мірою, ніж інші елементи НТП, пов’язаний з фінансовими, товарно-грошовими відносинами, які опосередковують всі стадії його розробки і реалізації. The place and role of national innovation policy, its management in the structure of state regulation of the economy are determined by the specifics of the innovation process itself as an object of management. The innovation mechanism, to a greater extent than other elements of STP, is associated with financial, commodity-monetary relations, which mediate all stages of its development and implementation.
