Abstract

Розглядаються питання організації управлінської діяльності, управління персоналом у сучасних організаціях, досліджуються актуальні проблеми менеджменту, що свідчить про активне залучення студентів до проведення наукової діяльності, а також дасть можливість усім бажаючим ознайомитися з сучасним станом управлінської науки в Україні. The issues of organizing managerial activities, personnel management in modern organizations are considered, and current management problems are investigated, which indicates the active involvement of students in conducting scientific activities, and will also provide an opportunity for all interested parties to familiarize themselves with the current state of management science in Ukraine.
