Державно-приватне партнерство як форма реалізації державної політики розвитку аграрного бізнесу

Abstract

У статті представлений методичний підхід до держпідтримки аграрного бізнесу, згідно з яким гармонізація цілей суб'єктів економічної макросистеми передбачає пошук і реалізацію таких рішень, коли власні ризики та ризики макросистеми спільно не перевищуватимуть допустимих значень. Допустимо розглядати ризики взаємодії як міру відхилення від оптимальних рішень, що відповідають поточним та короткостроковим умовам діяльності суб'єктів та економічної системи в цілому. The article presents a methodical approach to state support of agrarian business, according to which the harmonization of the goals of the subjects of the economic macrosystem involves the search and implementation of such solutions, when the own risks and the risks of the macrosystem together will not exceed permissible values. It is permissible to consider the risks of interaction as a measure of deviation from the optimal solutions that correspond to the current and short-term conditions of the activities of the subjects and the economic system as a whole.
