Теоретичні і практичні аспекти проблеми доказування у кримінальному судочинстві

Abstract

Розглядаються важливі теоретичні і практичні аспекти доказування на стадії досудового розслідування. Приділена увага проблемам реформування досудового слідства і правосуддя. Висвітлена мета — сприяти прийняттю нового КПК України відповідно до вимог Конституції України, Європейської конвенції про захист прав і основних свобод людини і Концепції про судово-правову реформу в Україні. Important theoretical and practical aspects of evidence at the stage of pre-trial investigation are considered. Attention is paid to the problems of reforming pre-trial investigation and justice. The highlighted goal is to promote the adoption of a new Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Concept of Judicial and Legal Reform in Ukraine.
