Сутність та зміст проблеми суспільно-політичного консенсусу

Abstract

Успіх будь-яких трансформаційних процесів в українській державності, як і будь-яких програм перспективного розвитку країни, залежить від досягнення порозуміння між суб'єктами суспільно-політичного життя. Дослідження присвячене з'ясуванню соціально-політичного значення консенсусу як динамічного явища сучасної демократії, сутності консенсусу як принципу сучасної демократії та змісту конкретних механізмів його застосування в політичній практиці демократичних суспільств. The success of any transformation processes in Ukrainian statehood, as well as any programs of prospective development in the country, depends on achieving understanding between the subjects of socio-political life. The study is devoted to clarifying the socio-political significance of consensus as a dynamic phenomenon of modern democracy, the essence of consensus as a principle of modern democracy and the content of specific mechanisms of its application in the political practice of democratic societies.
