Abstract

Проаналізовано види та організаційно-правові форми підприємств. Розкрито сутність видів та організаційних (організаційно-правових) форм підприємств. Аргументовано, що організаційна (організаційно-правова) форма передбачає класифікацію підприємств залежно від форм власності, визначених Конституцією України та Законом України «Про власність», та методи розмежування окремих форм власності та управління майном на підприємствах. The types and organizational and legal forms of enterprises are analyzed. The essence of the types and organizational (organizational and legal) forms of enterprises is revealed. It is argued that the organizational (organizational and legal) form provides for the classification of enterprises depending on the forms of ownership defined by the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Property”, and the methods of distinguishing between separate forms of property and property management in enterprises.
