Настав час для наукової думки звернутися до поглибленого аналізу договірно-правових аспектів та основних напрямків реалізації спільної зовнішньої та безпекової політики ЄС у контексті міжнародної діяльності ЄС та виконання положень Лісабонського договору (який набрав чинності 1 грудня 2009 року), враховуючи обставини, пов'язані з реалізацією програми ЄС «Східне партнерство». It is time for scientific thought to turn to an in-depth analysis of the contractual and legal aspects and main directions of implementing the EU's common foreign and security policy in the context of the EU's international activities and the implementation of the provisions of the Lisbon Treaty (which entered into force on December 1, 2009), taking into account the circumstances related to the implementation of the EU Eastern Partnership program.
