Психологічні чинники виникнення емоційних порушень у дітей старшого дошкільного віку

Abstract

Дослідження присвячене аналізу психологічних чинників, які впливають на розвиток емоційної сфери у дітей старшого дошкільного віку, а також вивченню проявів емоційних порушень у цьому періоді розвитку. Виявлено, що емоційний розвиток є ключовим аспектом формування особистості дитини, оскільки на цьому етапі розвиваються основні навички емоційної саморегуляції, що сприяють соціалізації та адаптації в соціумі. Зокрема, досліджено здатність дітей до ідентифікації емоційних станів, управління ними та прояви тривожності. В результаті проведених експериментальних методик, таких як «Емоційна ідентифікація» та «Тест тривожності», були виявлені різні рівні здатності дітей до емоційної диференціації та рівні тривожності. Результати показали, що значна частина дітей мають обмежену здатність до диференціації емоцій, що може бути пов’язано з різними зовнішніми та внутрішніми чинниками. Аналіз також показав наявність кореляцій між рівнем емоційної ідентифікації та тривожністю, що свідчить про важливість розвитку емоційної сфери для психоемоційної стійкості дітей. Зроблено висновок, що підтримка з боку родини та педагогів, а також спеціально підібрані корекційні програми, можуть сприяти розвитку емоційної саморегуляції у дітей та зменшенню рівня тривожності. Подальші дослідження в цьому напрямку повинні зосередитися на розробці індивідуальних програм корекції для дітей з високим рівнем тривожності та емоційних порушень. The study is devoted to the analysis of psychological factors that affect the development of the emotional sphere in childrenof older preschool age, as well as to the study of the manifestations of emotional disorders in this period of development. It was found that emotional development is a key aspect of the formation of a child's personality, since at this stage the basic skills of emotional self-regulation are developed, which contribute to socialization and adaptation in society. In particular, children's ability to identify emotional states, manage them and show anxiety was investigated. As a result of the conducted experimental methods, such as «Emotional identification» and «Anxiety test», different levels of children's ability to emotional differentiation and levels of anxiety were revealed. The results showed that a significant number of children have a limited ability to differentiate emotions, which may be related to various external and internal factors. The analysis also showed the presence of correlations between the level of emotional identification and anxiety, which indicates the importance of the development of the emotional sphere for the psycho-emotional stability of children. It was concluded that support from family and teachers, as well as specially selected corrective programs, can contribute to the development of emotional self-regulation in children and decrease the level of anxiety. Further research in this direction should focus on the development of individual correction programs for children with high levels of anxiety and emotional disturbances.
