Abstract

У наш час, коли майже скрізь у світі встановилися демократичні режими, або ж боротьба за права людини все ще триває, досить актуальним є питання свободи медіапростору, яке включає дві важливі складові: свободу слова та свободу доступу до джерел інформації. Сучасні розробки у сфері законодавчого закріплення свободи слова в Україні потребують детального аналізу та вивчення. Nowadays, when democratic regimes have been established almost everywhere in the world, or the struggle for human rights is still ongoing, the issue of freedom of the media space is quite relevant, which includes two important components: freedom of speech and freedom of access to information sources. Modern developments in the field of legislative consolidation of freedom of speech in Ukraine require detailed analysis and study.
