Abstract

Проаналізовано еволюцію розвитку, становлення та тлумачення Конституційних засад візуального спостереження, що здійснюється оперативними, контррозвідувальним та розвідувальними підрозділами з метою протидії розвідувально-підривну діяльність спеціальних служб іноземних держав та організацій з метою припинення правопорушень (які готуються та вчиняють особи тяжкі та особливо тяжкі злочини) та в інтересах кримінального судочинства, а також отримання інформації в інтересах безпеки громадян, суспільства і держави. The study analyzes the evolution, establishment, and interpretation of the constitutional principles governing visual surveillance conducted by operational, counter-intelligence, and intelligence units. This surveillance is carried out to counter the intelligence and subversive activities of foreign special services and organizations, to prevent offenses (specifically the preparation and commission of grave and especially grave crimes) and serve the interests of criminal justice, as well as to obtain information in the interest of the security of citizens, society, and the state.
