Directions and prospects of the application of artificial intelligence in customs affairs in the context of international relations

Abstract

The article is devoted to analysis of vectors and specific features of AI solutions development in the field of customs service. Based on tracing the evolution of digital transformation in custom, conceptual model of AI integration in custom IT system is considered. Practical implications of AI systems introduction in customs, in particular within the context of international relations, are outlined, together with the examples of advanced experience. Стаття присвячена аналізу векторів та особливостей розробки рішень на основі штучного інтелекту (ШІ) у сфері митної служби. На основі простеження еволюції цифрової трансформації в митній справі розглядається концептуальна модель інтеграції ШІ в митні ІТ-системи. Окреслено практичні наслідки впровадження систем ШІ в митній сфері, зокрема в контексті міжнародних відносин, а також наведено приклади передового досвіду.
