Проблема вдосконалення медійної освіти має вирішуватися на синергетичних засадах з урахуванням впливу соціальних, організаційних, інформаційних, технічних, природничих та інших чинників і є однією з пріоритетних у освітньо-науковому та освітньо-культурному просторі держави.
