Виконавча влада України як об’єкт контролю за дотриманням прав та інтересів громадян

Abstract

Досліджується діяльність органів виконавчої влади у сфері контролю за дотриманням прав та інтересів громадян України. Характеризуються відносини взаємодії з іншими виконавчої гілки влади у процесі контролю за дотриманням прав та інтересів громадян. The activity of executive authorities in the sphere of control over observance of the rights and interests of citizens of Ukraine is studied. The relations of interaction with other branches of executive power in the process of control over observance of the rights and interests of citizens are characterized.
