Забезпечення і гарантії якості вищої освіти в контексті Болонської декларації

Abstract

Розглядаються важливі аспекти Болонської декларації із забезпеченням та гарантією якості вищої правової освіти. Пропонується створення незалежних акредитаційних агентств, які мають оцінювати якість освіти у ВНЗ недержавної форми власності на підставі знань, умінь і навичок, що мають випускники цих закладів. Робиться спроба узгодити принципи підготовки фахівців-правників в Інституті права МАУП з кращими досягненнями правничої школи світу на підставі розробленої “Концепції реформування вищої правничої освіти в МАУП”. Important aspects of the Bologna Declaration with the provision and guarantee of the quality of higher legal education are considered. It is proposed to create independent accreditation agencies that should assess the quality of education in non-state owned universities based on the knowledge, skills and abilities of graduates of these institutions. An attempt is being made to harmonize the principles of training legal specialists at the Institute of Law of the IAPM with the best achievements of law schools in the world on the basis of the developed "Concept of reforming higher legal education at the IAPM".
