Управління поколіннями Z і АЛЬФА: виклики та стратегічні підходи для сучасного бізнесу

Abstract

У статті розглядаються особливості менеджменту наймолодших поколінь – Z і Альфа – у сучасному бізнес-середовищі. Проаналізовано їхні ключові цінності, мотиваційні установки та очікування від роботодавця. Виокремлено основні виклики, з якими стикаються HR-фахівці та менеджери в процесі залучення, адаптації й утримання представників цих поколінь. Увагу приділено питанням міжпоколіннєвої взаємодії, гнучкості корпоративної культури та впровадження цифрових інструментів. Обґрунтовано доцільність розробки та реалізації стратегій, що сприяють ефективній інтеграції поколінь Z і Альфа у робоче середовище. Зроблено висновок, що своєчасне реагування на зміни в поведінкових моделях молодих працівників є важливою умовою підвищення конкурентоспроможності компаній у XXI столітті. The article examines the features of managing the youngest generations – Z and Alpha – in the modern business environment. Their key values, motivational attitudes and expectations from the employer are analyzed. The main challenges that HR specialists and managers face in the process of attracting, adapting and retaining representatives of these generations are highlighted. Attention is paid to the issues of intergenerational interaction, flexibility of corporate culture and the implementation of digital tools. The feasibility of developing and implementing strategies that contribute to the effective integration of generations Z and Alpha into the work environment is substantiated. The conclusion is made that timely response to changes in the behavioral models of young employees is an important condition for increasing the competitiveness of companies in the 21st century.
