Методи прийняття рішень у менеджменті

Abstract

Ефективне прийняття рішень необхідне для виконання управлінських функцій. Існує багато методів обробки та реалізації управлінських рішень. Найвідоміші з них аналітичні, статистичні методи, метод сценаріїв, дерево рішень, евристичні, експертні, методи математичного програмування. Залежно від ступеня повторюваності проблеми, її складності, досвіду керівника та його підлеглих обирається оптимальний для розв’язання цієї проблеми метод. Effective decision-making is necessary for the performance of managerial functions. There are many methods for processing and implementing managerial decisions. The most famous of them are analytical, statistical methods, scenario method, decision tree, heuristic, expert, mathematical programming methods. Depending on the degree of repetition of the problem, its complexity, the experience of the manager and his subordinates, the optimal method for solving this problem is chosen.
