Особливості процесу розвитку управлінського персоналу промислових підприємств

Abstract

На основі аналізу змісту управлінської діяльності визначено внутрішні та зовнішні умови реалізації професійно значущих якостей та здібностей до управлінської діяльності, аналіз яких дозволив виявити особливості процесу розвитку управлінського персоналу промислових підприємств. Виявлені проблеми, що виникають у процесі розвитку управлінського персоналу, дозволили розробити заходи щодо удосконалення даного процесу для вітчизняних підприємств. Based on the analysis of the content of managerial activity, the internal and external conditions for the implementation of professionally significant qualities and abilities for managerial activity were determined, the analysis of which allowed us to identify the peculiarities of the process of development of managerial personnel of industrial enterprises. The identified problems that arise in the process of development of managerial personnel allowed us to develop measures to improve this process for domestic enterprises.
