Адвокатура України як правозахисна організація

Abstract

Обґрунтовано необхідність виокремлення адвокатури як правозахисної організації: визначено її предмет, структуру та систему. Досліджено поняття та структуру основ адвокатури у системі захисту прав та свобод людини і громадянина. Визначено місце адвокатури серед інших правозахисних організацій. The necessity of distinguishing the advocacy as a human rights organization is substantiated: its subject, structure and system are determined. The concept and structure of the basics of advocacy in the system of protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms have been studied. The place of advocacy among other human rights organizations is determined.
