Abstract

Сформульовано відповідь на таке питання, як визначення поняття міжнародного інформаційного права як складної галузі права крізь призму переплетення «публічного» та «приватного» рівнів відносин. З цієї точки зору визначаються суб'єкти, предмет, джерела, методи міжнародного інформаційного права, а також його спеціальні принципи. The answer to such a question as the definition of the concept of international information law as a complex branch of law through the prism of the intertwining of the “public” and “private” levels of relations is formulated. From this point of view, the subjects, subject, sources, methods of international information law, as well as its special principles, are determined.
