Abstract

Аналізуються основні засади здійснення фінансування інноваційних проектів на основі венчурного капіталу. Досліджуються принципи венчурного фінансування, види венчурних фондів та обґрунтування венчурних проектів. Визначаються переваги та недоліки венчурного фінансування, основні чинники, які гальмують розвиток цього напряму фінансування інноваційних проектів. The main principles of financing innovative projects based on venture capital are analyzed. The principles of venture financing, types of venture funds and justification of venture projects are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of venture financing, the main factors that inhibit the development of this direction of financing innovative projects are determined.
