Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено комплексному теоретико-методологічному та організаційно-правовому обґрунтуванню засад державного регулювання взаємодії органів публічної влади у сфері протидії нелегальній міграції. Актуальність роботи зумовлена необхідністю модернізації системи публічного управління в умовах загострення сучасних безпекових, геополітичних та євроінтеграційних викликів, які постали перед Україною. У роботі системно розв’язано важливе науково-практичне завдання щодо оптимізації міжвідомчої взаємодії органів Державної міграційної служби України з іншими суб’єктами публічної влади, насамперед правоохоронними структурами, задля гарантування національної безпеки та захисту інтересів держави.
The dissertation research is devoted to the comprehensive theoretical methodological and organizational-legal substantiation of the foundations of state regulation of the interaction of public authorities in the sphere of combating illegal migration. The relevance of the work is driven by the need to modernize the public administration system in the context of the exacerbation of modern security, geopolitical, and European integration challenges facing Ukraine. The work systematically solves an important scientific and practical task regarding the optimization of interdepartmental interaction between the bodies of the State Migration Service of Ukraine and other subjects of public authority, primarily law enforcement agencies, in order to guarantee national security and protect the interests of the state.
