Abstract

Юридичний та науковий аналіз сутності та змісту поняття правової державності включає вивчення тих принципів, які лежать в основі моделі правової держави та відрізняють її від усіх інших типів організації державної влади, а також взаємозв'язок між державою та суспільством. Legal and scientific analysis of the essence and content of the concept of legal statehood includes the study of those principles that underlie the model of the legal state and distinguish it from all other types of organization of state power, as well as the relationship between the state and society.
