Методологічні засади дослідження становлення і розвитку трудового права України

Abstract

До сьогодні трудове право України пройшло складний шлях становлення і розвитку. Кожен із етапів історичного розвитку трудового права України спонукає до глибокого аналізу його значення для розвитку суспільства, держави, формування новітнього трудового законодавства України. Успіх дослідження визначається дотриманням загальних і конкретно-наукових підходів та принципів, які становлять зміст методології дослідження. To date, the labor law of Ukraine has gone through a difficult path of formation and development. Each of the stages of the historical development of the labor law of Ukraine prompts a deep analysis of its significance for the development of society, the state, and the formation of modern labor legislation of Ukraine. The success of the study is determined by adherence to general and specific scientific approaches and principles that constitute the content of the research methodology.
