Abstract

Здійснено комплексне дослідження бюджетних правовідносин в Україні. Головну увагу приділено дослідженню структури бюджетних правовідносин та визначенню особливостей правової організації розмежування бюджетних відносин в Україні. A comprehensive study of budgetary legal relations in Ukraine has been carried out. The main attention is paid to the study of the structure of budgetary legal relations and the determination of the features of the legal organization of the delimitation of budgetary relations in Ukraine.
