Визначення поняття екологічної безпеки при екоциді

Abstract

Стаття присвячена аналізу поняття екологічної безпеки при вчиненні екоциду. Виникає загроза екологічній безпеці в період війни через можливість затоплення шахт, які викликають витік небезпечних речовин, потрапляння в річки та моря, забруднення повітря та грунтів, знищення лісів. Актуальність статті пояснюється необхідністю визначення поняття екологічної безпеки з позиції об’єкту екоциду. This article analyzes the concept of environmental safety in the context of the commission of ecocide. Wartime conditions pose a threat to environmental safety due to the potential flooding of mines, which can lead to the leakage of hazardous substances, their discharge into rivers and seas, the pollution of air and soil, and the destruction of forests. The article’s relevance stems from the need to define the concept of environmental safety from the perspective of the object of ecocide.
