Розвиток контрактного процесу як умова мотиваційного менеджменту

Abstract

Досліджуються передумови опортуністичної поведінки індивідів у процесі здійснення трансакцій, виявлено форми опортуністичної поведінки менеджера; розглядаються основні параметри контрактів; аналізуються чотири базові моделі теорії контрактів, розкриваються взаємозв’язки між контрактною загрозою, формою опортунізму та механізмом обмеження опортунізму. The prerequisites for opportunistic behavior of individuals in the process of transactions are investigated, forms of opportunistic behavior of managers are identified; the main parameters of contracts are considered; four basic models of contract theory are analyzed, and the relationships between contractual threat, the form of opportunism, and the mechanism for limiting opportunism are revealed.
