Порівняльні особливості управління навчальним процесом недержавних вищих закладів освіти

Abstract

Розглянуто порівняльні особливості організації підсистем навчального процесу та умов роботи (навчання) різного рівня контингенту державних і недержавних вищих навчальних закладів (ВНЗ). Визначено чинники, що впливають на прийняття правлінських рішень для загальних функцій менеджменту навчального процесу ВНЗ. Запропоновано структурні схеми підсистем форм навчального процесу та його контингенту. Comparative features of the organization of subsystems of the educational process and working conditions (training) of different levels of contingent of state and non-state higher educational institutions (HEIs) are considered. Factors influencing the adoption of management decisions for the general functions of management of the educational process of HEIs are determined. Structural diagrams of subsystems of forms of the educational process and its contingent are proposed.
