Роль омбудсмана в системі захисту прав людини і громадянина

Abstract

Описано роль та значення омбудсмана в системі захисту прав людини в Україні, окреслено перспективи розвитку цього органу відповідно до вимог підвищення рівня гарантованості прав громадян, а також проаналізовано можливі напрямки вдосконалення організації діяльності Омбудсмена у сфері захисту прав людини. The role and significance of the Ombudsman in the system of human rights protection in Ukraine are described, the prospects for the development of this body are outlined in accordance with the requirements of increasing the level of guarantee of citizens' rights, and possible directions for improving the organization of the Ombudsman's activities in the field of human rights protection are analyzed.
