Поняття причин та умов злочинності

Abstract

Проблема з'ясування причин злочинності є центральною в кримінології. Запропоновано різні підходи до їх опису та класифікації, виділено найважливіший з цих підходів та встановлено зв'язок між умовами та причинами злочинів. The problem of finding out the causes of crimsnality is central in criminology. Various approaches to their description and classification are proposed, the most important of these approaches is singled out, and the connection between the conditions and causes of crimes is established.
