Abstract

Схарактеризовано аспекти гармонізації інформаційного законодавства України та ЄС. Міжнародне співробітництво в галузі забезпечення інформаційної безпеки має будуватися на основі поєднання національних інтересів зацікавлених країн в інформаційній сфері. The aspects of harmonization of information legislation of Ukraine and the EU are characterized. International cooperation in the field of ensuring information security should be built on the basis of combining the national interests of interested countries in the information sphere.
