Abstract

Розглянуто законодавчу базу забезпечення прав дитини в Україні та світі, окреслено історію законодавства, пов'язаного з правами дитини, та зазначено шляхи вдосконалення цього законодавства. The legislative framework for ensuring the rights of the child in Ukraine and the world is considered, the history of legislation related to the rights of the child is outlined, and ways of improving this legislation are indicated.
