Abstract

Досліджено специфіку взаємодії держави та права в умовах реалізації моделі верховенства права. Розкрито зміст феномену визначеності правом як визначального критерію верховенства права, окреслено його роль та значення для функціонування правової держави. The specifics of the interaction of the state and law in the conditions of the implementation of the rule of law model are investigated. The content of the phenomenon of certainty by law as a defining criterion of the rule of law is revealed, its role and significance for the functioning of the rule of law are outlined.
