Abstract

Особливості в регулюванні валютних відносин в Україні відіграють суттєве значення для розвитку та поліпшення економічної та політичної складових державної політики. Проаналізовано дієвість та ефективність банків і державних органів для збереження фінансової самостійності країни, а також відзначено негативні наслідки відсутності систематизації та універсальності правового оформлення валютних відносин. Peculiarities in the regulation of currency relations in Ukraine play a significant role in the development and improvement of the economic and political components of state policy. The effectiveness and efficiency of banks and state bodies in preserving the country's financial independence are analyzed, and the negative consequences of the lack of systematization and universality of the legal registration of currency relations are noted.
