Політологічні роздуми у контексті тріади "парламентаризм-громадянське суспільство-правова держава"

Abstract

Автор наголошує на актуальності проблеми формування громадянського суспільства та правової держави в країні-транзиті через глобальний вимір. Зроблено висновок, що життєві стратегії окремих людей мають підстави становити внутрішню опозицію до політики урядів та глобальних неконтрольованих сил на міжнародному рівні. Зазначається, що процес формування громадянського суспільства та правової держави є досить складним, суперечливим, неоднозначним і залежить від формування необхідних внутрішніх умов (економічних, соціально-політичних, духовних), утвердження нового типу мислення. Роль та значення Верховної Ради України мають бути підняті до відповідного конституційного рівня. Автор наголошує на необхідності оновлення української політичної сфери. The author emphasizes the relevance of the problem of forming a civil society and a legal state in a transit country through the global dimension. The conclusion is made that the life strategies of individual people have grounds to constitute domestic opposition to the policies of governments and global uncontrolled forces at the international level. It is noted that the process of forming a civil society and a legal state is quite complex, contradictory, ambiguous, and depends on the formation of the necessary internal conditions (economic, socio-political, spiritual), the establishment of a new type of thinking. The role and significance of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine must be raised to the appropriate constitutional level. The author emphasizes the need to renew the Ukrainian political sphere.
