Abstract

У посібнику, розробленому працівниками Навчально-наукового інституту права ім. Володимира Великого Міжрегіональної академії управління персоналом, систематизовано діяльність суду та судової системи в Україні. Матеріали посібника ґрунтуються на нормах Конституції України, Законів України «Про судоустрій і статус суддів», «Про очищення влади», «Про відновлення довіри до судової влади в Україні» та інших законодавчих та відомчих нормативно-правових актів у сфері діяльності судів. The manual, developed by the staff of the Volodymyr the Great Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, systematizes the activities of the court and the judicial system in Ukraine. The materials of the manual are based on the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges”, “On the Purification of Power”, “On the Restoration of Trust in the Judiciary in Ukraine” and other legislative and departmental regulatory legal acts in the field of court activities.
