Abstract

Розглянуто актуальні питання поняття корупції, звертається увага на основні засади протидії корупції, його поняття, зміст і напрями, проблеми нормативно-правового регулювання протидії корупції в Україні. The current issues of the concept of corruption are considered, attention is drawn to the basic principles of combating corruption, its concept, content and directions, and the problems of regulatory and legal regulation of combating corruption in Ukraine.
