Про деякі питання вдосконалення виконавчого законодавства

Abstract

Розглянуто питання виконавчого законодавства та його вдосконалення. Проаналізовано норми чинного законодавства, зокрема закони України «Про державну виконавчу службу» та «Про виконавче провадження». Висвітлено порядок виконання судових рішень та рішень інших юрисдикційних органів, а також представлено авторське бачення дії норм у сфері виконавчого провадження. Питання розглянуто з огляду на сучасні вимоги реформування виконавчої системи України. Issues of executive legislation and its improvement are considered. The norms of current legislation are analyzed, in particular the laws of Ukraine “On the State Executive Service” and “On Enforcement Proceedings”. The procedure for the execution of court decisions and decisions of other jurisdictional bodies is highlighted, and the author’s vision of the operation of norms in the field of enforcement proceedings is presented. The issues are considered in the light of today’s requirements for reforming the executive system of Ukraine.
