Abstract

Розглянуто особливості формування інформаційно-комунікаційної системи, інформаційної політики, розуміння та використання інформації, а також публічних комунікацій для здійснення влади у Стародавній Індії. The features of the formation of the information and communication system, information policy, understanding and use of information, and public communications for the exercise of power in ancient India are considered.
