Теоретичний аналіз феномену військового лідерства

Abstract

Лідерство залишається ключовим компонентом забезпечення професійної діяльності як окремих військовослужбовців різних категорій, так і органів військового управління, військових частин (підрозділів) під час виконання завдань за призначенням, не дивлячись на різноманіття визначень та методів реалізації. Однією із найважливіших умов розвитку сучасних Збройних Сил України є розвиток військового лідерства. Метою статті є теоретичний аналіз наукових підходів до феномену військового лідерства. У запропонованій статті особливу увагу приділено теоретичному аналізу феномену та сучасним підходам до наукового вивчення військового лідерства. Leadership remains a key component of ensuring the professional activities of both individual military personnel of various categories and military command bodies, military units (subdivisions) when performing assigned tasks, despite the variety of definitions and methods of implementation. One of the most important conditions for the development of the modern Armed Forces of Ukraine is the development of military leadership. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to the phenomenon of military leadership. In the proposed article, special attention is paid to the theoretical analysis of the phenomenon and modern approaches to the scientific study of military leadership.
